In all honesty, with the Chicago weather sitting at 50 and above there’s no reason to not get outside and be active! Walking 10,000 steps each day is the equivalent of walking 3 miles each day. Go fast, go slow-walking is perhaps the easiest way to stay fit.

Lose body fat and inches! Yes, it’s true. Even walking can get rid of that excess weight you’ve been carrying around. 
Walking every day can help you eat less. 
Great for joint pain as walking is not stressful and you don’t need much equipment. (Just comfy shoes!)

You can walk anywhere, anytime. 
So leave the car, get outside and walk!
